Booking and Payment

• Your booking is confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
• We accept payments via iDEAL, credit card, PayPal, and bank transfer.
• After payment, you will receive a confirmation email with all relevant details.

Cancellations and Changes by the Customer
• Free cancellation or modification is possible up to 48 hours before the tour starts.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the start time are non-refundable.
• Changes to the date, time, or number of participants can be made free of charge up to 48 hours before the tour, subject to availability.
• We recommend cancelling in good time to avoid unnecessary costs.

Cancellations and Changes by Your Guide
• In exceptional circumstances (bad weather, force majeure, guide illness), we reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule tours.
• Where possible, we will offer you an alternative or a full refund.
• We will notify you of any changes as soon as possible.

Participants and Safety
• Our tours are suitable for participants of all ages with a reasonable level of physical fitness.
• Children must be accompanied by an adult.
• Wearing a helmet is strongly recommended; helmets are available for rent.
• Participants must follow the guide's instructions for their own safety and that of the group.

Inclusions and Exclusions
• Included: professional guide, bicycle rental (depending on the tour).
• Not included: personal expenses, transport to the starting point, gratuities, meals unless otherwise stated.

Liability
• Your Guide is not liable for damage to, loss of, or theft of personal property.
• Participation is at your own risk. We ensure a safe environment and professional service.

• Personal data is treated confidentially and used solely for processing the booking.

Weather conditions
• Tours generally go ahead in light rain.
• In extreme weather conditions, the tour may be cancelled or rescheduled.
• In that case, you will have the choice of an alternative date or a full refund.
