How long does the tour last, and what are the available times?
The tour lasts 3 hours. You can choose between a morning tour from 10:00 to 13:00 or an afternoon tour from 14:00 to 17:00. This allows you to fit the tour perfectly into your daily schedule.
Can I customize the tour to my own preferences?
Yes! We offer complete flexibility. Simply let us know your preferences when booking—such as a focus on history, art, architecture, or culinary hotspots—and we will create a custom-made tour just for you.
How much does the tour cost, and are there any extra options?
The standard price for the walking tour is €225 per tour. Would you like to use a bicycle? That costs an additional €25. If you choose an electric bike, you pay an extra €40. The price includes a professional guide.
How can I book and pay?
You can easily book online via our website. The form allows you to select the date, time slot, number of participants, and tour type. Payment is securely processed via PayPal (or other payment methods currently in development). After payment, you will receive a ticket with a unique booking number.
What happens if I need to cancel or make changes?
Cancellations can be made free of charge up to 7 days before the tour date. For later cancellations, we charge 50% of the tour price. Changes to the date or time are possible subject to availability.
Is the tour suitable for children and the group size?
Our tours are ideal for small groups of up to 6 people, allowing us to provide personal attention. Children are welcome, but please bear in mind that the tour involves 3 hours of active walking or cycling.
Where does the tour start?
The starting location is centrally located in the city. After booking, you will receive the exact address and all the practical information you need from us.
Do I need to bring my own bicycle?
No, that is not necessary. We provide the bicycles. If you choose either a standard or an electric bike when booking, it will be ready for you.
What should I bring along on the tour?
Comfortable shoes, weather-resistant clothing, and perhaps a bottle of water are recommended. Don't forget your camera to capture the beautiful spots!
